| CVE-2026-46205 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: staging: media: atomisp: Disallow all private IOCTLs Disallow all private IOCTLs. These aren't quite as safe as one could assume of IOCTL handlers; disable them for now. Instead of removing the code, return in the beginning of the function if cmd is non-zero in order to keep static checkers happy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46212 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: batman-adv: bla: prevent use-after-free when deleting claims When batadv_bla_del_backbone_claims() removes all claims for a backbone, it does this by dropping the link entry in the hash list. This list entry itself was one of the references which need to be dropped at the same time via batadv_claim_put(). But the batadv_claim_put() must not be done before the last access to the claim object in this function. Otherwise the claim might be freed already by the batadv_claim_release() function before the list entry was dropped. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46213 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: appletb-kbd: fix UAF in inactivity-timer cleanup path Commit 38224c472a03 ("HID: appletb-kbd: fix slab use-after-free bug in appletb_kbd_probe") added timer_delete_sync(&kbd->inactivity_timer) to both the probe close_hw error path and appletb_kbd_remove(), but the way it was wired in left the inactivity timer reachable during driver tear-down via two distinct windows. Window A -- put_device() before timer_delete_sync(): put_device(&kbd->backlight_dev->dev); timer_delete_sync(&kbd->inactivity_timer); The inactivity_timer softirq reads kbd->backlight_dev and calls backlight_device_set_brightness() -> mutex_lock(&ops_lock). If a concurrent hid_appletb_bl unbind drops the last devm reference between these two calls, the backlight_device is freed and the mutex_lock() touches freed memory. Window B -- backlight cleanup before hid_hw_stop(): if (kbd->backlight_dev) { timer_delete_sync(...); put_device(...); } hid_hw_close(hdev); hid_hw_stop(hdev); Even after Window A is closed, hid_hw_close()/hid_hw_stop() still run afterwards, so a late ".event" callback from the HID core (USB URB completion on real Apple hardware) can arrive after timer_delete_sync() drained the softirq but before put_device() drops the reference. That callback reaches reset_inactivity_timer(), which calls mod_timer() and re-arms the timer. The freshly re-armed timer can then fire on the about-to-be-freed backlight_device. Both windows produce the same KASAN slab-use-after-free: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in __mutex_lock+0x1aab/0x21c0 Read of size 8 at addr ffff88803ee9a108 by task swapper/0/0 Call Trace: <IRQ> __mutex_lock backlight_device_set_brightness appletb_inactivity_timer call_timer_fn run_timer_softirq handle_softirqs Allocated by task N: devm_backlight_device_register appletb_bl_probe Freed by task M: (concurrent hid_appletb_bl unbind path) Close both windows at once by reworking the tear-down in appletb_kbd_remove() and in the probe close_hw error path so that 1) hid_hw_close()/hid_hw_stop() run before the backlight cleanup, guaranteeing no further .event callback can fire and re-arm the timer, and 2) inside the "if (kbd->backlight_dev)" block, timer_delete_sync() runs before put_device(), so the softirq is drained before the final reference is dropped. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46216 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/xe/hdcp: Add NULL check for media_gt in intel_hdcp_gsc_check_status() When media GT is disabled via configfs, there is no allocation for media_gt, which is kept as NULL. In such scenario, intel_hdcp_gsc_check_status() results in a kernel pagefault error due to >->uc.gsc being evaluated as an invalid memory address. Fix that by introducing a NULL check on media_gt and bailing out early if so. While at it, also drop the NULL check for gsc, since it can't be NULL if media_gt is not NULL. v2: - Get address for gsc only after checking that gt is not NULL. (Shuicheng) - Drop the NULL check for gsc. (Shuicheng) v3: - Add "Fixes" and "Cc: <stable...>" tags. (Matt) (cherry picked from commit bfaf87e84ca3ca3f6e275f9ae56da47a8b55ffd1) | ||||
| CVE-2026-46218 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: Add bounds checking to ib_{get,set}_value The uvd/vce/vcn code accesses the IB at predefined offsets without checking that the IB is large enough. Check the bounds here. The caller is responsible for making sure it can handle arbitrary return values. Also make the idx a uint32_t to prevent overflows causing the condition to fail. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46239 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: i2c: ov5647: Fix runtime PM refcount leak in s_ctrl Three control cases (AUTOGAIN, EXPOSURE_AUTO, ANALOGUE_GAIN) directly return without calling pm_runtime_put(), causing runtime PM reference count leaks. Change these cases from 'return' to 'ret = ... break' pattern to ensure pm_runtime_put() is always called before function exit. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32996 | 1 Veeam | 1 Backup And Replication | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| This vulnerability in Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows allows for Local Privilege Escalation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42497 | 2 Archive\, Bingos | 2 \, Archive::tar | 2026-05-28 | 7.5 High |
| Archive::Tar versions before 3.08 for Perl extract hardlinks to attacker controlled paths outside the extraction directory. _make_special_file() passes the tar header's linkname to link() without validating it against absolute paths or .. segments, creating a hardlink that shares the victim file's inode. A subsequent write through the extracted name modifies the victim file, and the post-extraction chmod, chown, and utime block in _extract_file() (guarded only against symlinks via -l) applies the tar header's mode, owner, and timestamps to the shared inode during extraction alone. | ||||
| CVE-2026-21785 | 2026-05-28 | 4 Medium | ||
| A misconfigured Content Security Policy (CSP) in HCL BigFix Remote Control Server WebUI (versions 10.1.0.0442 and earlier) fails to define directives without fallbacks, allowing attackers to bypass intended security restrictions and load unauthorized resources. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32995 | 1 Rocket.chat | 1 Rocket.chat | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| The Rocket.Chat DDP method autoTranslate.translateMessage in versions <8.5.0, <8.4.2, <8.3.4, <8.2.4, <8.1.5, <8.0.5, <7.13.8, and <7.10.12 accepts a client-supplied IMessage object and passes it directly to translateMessage() without checking Meteor.userId() or verifying room membership. Any authenticated DDP user can read the content of any message by ID from any room (private channels, DMs, E2EE rooms) by calling this method. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9789 | 2026-05-28 | N/A | ||
| A Local Privilege Escalation (LPE) vulnerability affects Acer NitroSense software versions prior to 3.01.3052. The vulnerability stems from the the PSAdminAgent service, which creates a Named Pipe with a weak Access Control List (ACL). This allows any authenticated local user to connect and send commands. Because the service does not check the caller's privileges before running file deletion commands, a low-privileged local user can exploit this to delete arbitrary files with system authority. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9803 | 1 Redhat | 1 Build Keycloak | 2026-05-28 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Keycloak's ClientRegistrationAuth component. A remote unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted POST request with a malformed 'Authorization: Bearer' header to any client registration endpoint. This can lead to an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException, causing the server to return an HTTP 500 error and resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32999 | 1 Webpros | 1 Comet Backup | 2026-05-28 | 9.1 Critical |
| Insufficient character filtering in backup agent signing module on Comet Backup server allows authenticated tenant administrator to execute an arbitrary code on behalf of a privileged user on the affected server and connected devices. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32998 | 1 Veeam | 1 Service Provider Console | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| This vulnerability in Veeam Service Provider Console allows for remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42496 | 2 Archive\, Bingos | 2 \, Archive::tar | 2026-05-28 | 9.1 Critical |
| Archive::Tar versions before 3.08 for Perl extract symlinks with attacker controlled targets outside the extraction directory. _make_special_file() passes the tar header's linkname to symlink() without validating it against absolute paths or .. segments. The secure-extract mode check that guards regular file extraction does not cover the symlink target. A subsequent open through the extracted name reads or writes the attacker chosen path. | ||||
| CVE-2026-32997 | 1 Veeam | 1 Backup And Replication | 2026-05-28 | N/A |
| A vulnerability allowing an authenticated user with the Backup Administrator role to write arbitrary files on Linux-based Veeam Backup & Replication server. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9436 | 1 Totolink | 2 A8000ru, A8000ru Firmware | 2026-05-28 | 9.8 Critical |
| A flaw has been found in Totolink A8000RU 7.1cu.643_b20200521. The impacted element is the function setL2tpServerCfg of the file /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi of the component Web Management Interface. Executing a manipulation of the argument enable can lead to os command injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9442 | 1 Edimax | 2 Br-6478ac, Br-6478ac Firmware | 2026-05-28 | 8.8 High |
| A weakness has been identified in Edimax BR-6478AC 1.23. This affects the function formiNICSiteSurvey of the file /goform/formiNICSiteSurvey of the component POST Request Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument selSSID can lead to buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44710 | 2026-05-28 | 4.6 Medium | ||
| pam_usb provides hardware authentication for Linux using ordinary removable media. Prior to 0.8.7, src/device.c passed the return values of udisks_drive_get_serial(), udisks_drive_get_vendor(), and udisks_drive_get_model() directly to strcmp() without NULL checks. The GIO/UDisks API documentation states these accessors can return NULL for devices that do not expose the corresponding field. Passing NULL to strcmp() is undefined behaviour (typically a SIGSEGV). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9448 | 1 Code-projects | 1 Employee Management System | 2026-05-28 | 4.3 Medium |
